Residential Projects

1-4 weeks outside of peak heating or cooling seasons, 3-6 weeks during peak heating or cooling seasons

We require a 50% deposit on all new installations.  The remaining 50% is billed at the completion of the project.

No. Payment terms may be extended on a case by case basis.

Great Lakes Air & Solly Industries retains the right to remove all equipment for non-payment and will be held harmless for any damages resulting from removal.

I understand that the invoice for work performed will follow and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice. Failure to pay within the terms will result in late fees, and non-payment beyond 90 days will result in collections.

I acknowledge that I have the authority to authorize all work performed and do so by signing. 

I agree that Great Lakes Air & Solly Industries retains title to any equipment or material furnished for this project until final payment for all work is received.  

Great Lakes Air & Solly Industries retains the right to remove all equipment for non-payment and will be held harmless for any damages resulting from removal.

Yes, we offer 3 year service agreements for preventive maintenance for your HVAC systems.
